Coffee for winter season
In order to make an exquisite Café Montañés (mountain coffee) put a spoon of Dulce de Leche El Rosquinense into a cup of coffee, one teaspoon of milk cream, a touch of cognac, whisky or Rhum, then sprinkle some shredded cinnamon on it and present it very hot.

Pancakes
Pancakes with Dulce de Leche -an ideal dessert for cloudy and rainy days- are very easy to do.
It is a thin flat round cake made from a liquid mixture of flour, eggs, milk and vanilla essence, this mix is fried, on both sides, on a pan. Expiration date of consumption
The Dulce de Leche must be consumed before two months after its elaboration date.

Refrigeration
Once the package is opened to be used it is recommended to cover it and keep into the refrigerator.

Avoid Burns
If you heat some Dulce de Leche in a microwave oven have in mind this: be as careful as you are while handle or eat any other kind of viscous and sticky sweet cream. In this type of oven the temperature is not uniform in the whole portion of dulce de leche you are processing, so you will find in it a very hot zone, other lukewarm zone and even a cold one, so you may result injured if you pick some up from the hot area.
